I Shine LLC provides early intervention services for children ages birth to five years. Our services assist children with developmental delays or conditions that result in developmental delays.

How is my child determined to be eligible? If your infant or toddler under three years of age is demonstrating developmental delays, or has conditions associated with developmental delays, then they may be eligible for services. Continued eligibility after three years of age is determined by the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs.

Eligibility is determined by an intial assessment through Babynet. To schedule, contact the Babynet office for your home county (see below). Once eligibility has been determined, ask the intake coordinator to refer your child to I Shine LLC. We will then contact you within 24 hours of receiving your child’s referral.
