I Shine is a privately-owned and operated Early Intervention provider. Our team of early intervention specialists all hold South Carolina credentials, have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and have at least seven years of practical experience. Each specialist is experienced in work with a wide variety of children with disabilities, mild to moderate delays and Autism.

Our early intervention services are provided at no cost to the family. Eligibility is determined through Babynet who refers you to I Shine.
